Do you service my area?

We service Raleigh and the towns to the west of Raleigh including Cary, Morrisville, Apex, and Holly Springs. If you’re not sure, ask!

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring our own equipment and cleaning supplies. If you have special cleaners that you would like used we’re happy to use them though.

How do I book my first appointment?

Enter your information in our secure booking form. Consider setting up reoccurring appointments.

How can I cancel my appointment?

Navigate to our account management site and login to your account using the email you used to sign up for your cleaning. Navigate to your appointment and use the links to cancel your booking.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

We are very proud of our service. In general, we go above and beyond to make sure your home looks awesome when we’re done. We’re happy to hear any special requests that you have. Check out our checklist to see everything that is included!

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

You are letting someone new into your home. Thank you for allowing us into that sacred space. All of our cleaners are interviewed face-to-face and undergo a criminal background check. Additionally, no new employees are allowed to enter homes without one of our trusted team leads.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Contact us immediately by email or phone.

We will make it right. We are bonded and insured and are ready to deal with the situation at hand.
